Privacy Notice on the Protection of Personal Data
Information under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") about the personal data processed through numermak.com and through your communication with us.

2. Scope of this notice
numermak.com is an informational website. It has no contact form, no user accounts and no analytics or advertising tools; simply visiting the site does not result in us collecting personal data directly. Your personal data is processed in two ways:
- Communication you initiate: information you share when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical logs: records kept automatically by the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts the site, for security and traffic management.
3. Personal data processed and how it is collected

4. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your request, preparing quotations and answering your questions,
- Carrying out order, sourcing, shipping and after-sales support processes,
- Issuing invoices and fulfilling obligations under tax and commercial legislation,
- Keeping the site secure and available,
- Protecting our rights in the event of a legal dispute.
5. Legal bases
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quotation, order and delivery processes),
- Processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation (invoicing, accounting and tax records),
- Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (responding to your request, site security),
- Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
6. Transfers of personal data
Within Türkiye
- Email infrastructure: Emails sent to [email protected] are stored on servers located in Türkiye, operated by a hosting provider established in Türkiye (Hayalhost, cPanel infrastructure). No transfer abroad takes place in this respect.
- Accountant: Invoice and accounting records are shared with our accountant to fulfil legal obligations.
- Carriers and logistics companies: Name, address and phone details required for shipping.
- Authorised public bodies: Where required by law.
Outside Türkiye
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation takes place through Meta's servers abroad. This transfer is carried out within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK, since you initiate the communication and the transfer is necessary to fulfil your request. Data you share on WhatsApp is also subject to the WhatsApp privacy policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can reach us by email or phone.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through Cloudflare's global network. Technical data such as your IP address may be processed briefly by Cloudflare on servers abroad for security and traffic management. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
The site loads its fonts and all images from its own server; it does not use Google Fonts, embedded maps, analytics or social media plugins that would report your visit to third parties. The Yandex Maps and WhatsApp links on the site only take you to those services when you click them.
7. Retention
- Requests without a commercial relationship: Correspondence is kept for at most 2 years after the request is closed; you may ask for deletion earlier.
- Requests leading to a commercial relationship: Quotation, order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law.
- Technical logs: Subject to Cloudflare's own retention policy; not stored separately by us.
8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject you may apply to us to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that corrections, erasures and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can submit your requests, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by email to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Applications are concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or in how we operate. The current version is always published on this page; the date at the top shows the last update.
